The jewelry appraisals will take into account many different variables when trying to determine the worth of jewelry.
 

There are three main factors that jewelry appraisers will consider when determining price: material type, rarity and condition.  These three elements work together to create what you would think of as the jewelry's value. Our appraisal process will look at these three components and then form an idea about how much your piece would sell for in a market setting based on their knowledge and previous dealings with similar pieces. The key part here is similar pieces; because there are so many different materials used to make jewelry today, jewelry appraisals are more of an estimation.
